Motus Commercials has over 1400 employees of which around 500 are vehicle technicians. Whilst some have joined from elsewhere, many started as young apprentices and have grown in both their careers and their personal lives. But we don't just support our team at the beginning of their journey, we are promoters of lifelong learning, committed to providing continuous training and development for employees throughout the business, enabling them to thrive in their roles.
As an apprentice Technician with Motus Commercials, you will learn every aspect of your chosen commercial vehicle types (trucks/vans), as part of your 3 year apprenticeship programme, equipping you with both the knowledge and the practical skills to ensure our clients vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest standard.

Working in Parts puts you at the centre of everything we do – your customer care, communication and organisational skills will ensure you provide the best service to our customers, who might be our own Workshop Technicians, or our external clients, whether face to face or over the phone.
